Michel (Libourne, France, 18 декабря 2013)
I represent the French winemaker company. We would like to export our products to Russia. Which documents we need to issue?
To sell the wine in Russia you need to get the Conformity Declaration by Customs Union (CU) Technical Regulations (№ 021/2011) concerning the safety of food products.
Please note that you should have the company (manufacturer representative office) located in one of the Customs Union countries: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan.
Following documents will be required to get the Declaration:
— founding documents (on Russian office);
— product description or assortment list / labels (in russian) / composition (ingredients);
— contract for delivery /invoices / specifications with the manufacturer/supplier;
— national/international quality certificates / test reports / certificate of origin / ISO / HACCP (if you have);
— the samples of the product (in case of need).
The cost and the terms of declaration were sent to your e-mail.
If you have any questions, please be free to ask.
Thank you for choosing our company. We are waiting for your reply!
